The Snare Family: Maternity Portraits // Northwest Chicago Suburbs Maternity Photography

As a photographer, I am pretty sure I have the best job in the universe. I get to snapshot people’s happiest moments and treasured memories – for a job. #thebest

Sometimes, though – oh sometimes! – I have sessions like this. The light was perfect (golden hour heaven). The couple was fun (so fun! they had me laughing every second!) and Hollywood-level gorgeous (I mean – look at them! WOW!). The location was amazing (open fields – check! perfect picket fences – check! wildflowers – check!). The reason for our shoot – the upcoming birth of a precious baby (not helping my baby fever over here at all, you guys). It was one of those sessions where I needed to pinch myself to make sure it was real – and it was!

I can’t even put into adequate words how honored I was to document this maternity session or how thrilled I am for the Snare family as they grow (did I mention this baby gets this perfect family for cousins?!). I can just say it was PURE JOY. Meg and Ben – congrats on your baby-to-be and thank you so much for letting me celebrate this chapter in your lives with you through photographs!
