I have so many beautiful weddings to blog from my summer 2015 lineup, and I’m so excited to get back into the swing with blogging them. Summer wedding season has been unbelievably busy, and fall has an equally packed schedule, but I’m so thrilled to be able to call documenting love my full-time job (it really is the best!). Speaking of love, THIS WEDDING. Oh y’all, this wedding was so filled to the brim with love. I first met Tyler and Leah through Paul and Taylor (who make an appearance again in this blog post – can you spot them?). When we photographed their engagement session, I just knew their wedding was going to be wonderful. They’re two of the most head-over-heels in love people I’ve ever met (really truly) as well as two of the nicest, warmest souls on earth. Their family and friends? They’re absolutely the best as well. Throw in that I got to shoot it at all a gorgeous venue (Fisherman’s Inn) and work with some incredibly talented wedding industry professionals (make sure you check out their links at the end of the post!) and I was happily in wedding photographer heaven for the day.
Leah and Tyler – CONGRATS!!!!!! All my warmest wishes and prayers for a marriage even more beautiful than your lovely wedding day. xo. The single most heart-touching first look I have ever photographed. I can say with confidence that nearly everyone in the room watching (which was mostly my photography team and the videographers of Amor in Motion) were getting tears in our eyes. This is what true love looks like, y’all. Now someone bring me Kleenex, I’m gonna cry again……
It was pouring. Notice the raindrops? But Leah and Tyler were troopers, and it was so worth it. ^ Those shots. That’s why I work a team of two. Same moment. Two different views. MAGIC. (Thanks Carla!) Leah, you are flawless. Getting ready for wedding time…..Look at the groom’s face. So in love with his bride! Did I mention I love love love this wedding party? So much fun. Who says wedding photos have to always be serious? Not us.
Yes, they are all really THAT pretty. They’re also the sweetest. TThat moment when a mother and son dance turns into………..the Whip Nae Nae. ^ Recognize them? (Love you Taylor & Paul!) And then this happened………FAIRY TALE.
NOW: Go watch Leah and Tyler’s amazing wedding video here! Bring Kleenex. You’ve been warned.
